Well, peut-\u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019entre-deux \u2026 D\u2019ailleurs, apr\u00e8s deux albums estampill\u00e9s au nom du groupe, \u00ab <strong>Raw power<\/strong> \u00bb (1973) sort sous le patronyme : <strong>Iggy and The Stooges<\/strong>. De quoi s\u00e9rieusement plomber le moral des trois autres. M\u00eame s\u2019ils ne sont plus que deux \u00e0 l\u2019origine du combo, <strong>James Williamson<\/strong> fait quand m\u00eame partie du cirque Stooges depuis 1970. Histoire d\u2019enfoncer le clou, au moment o\u00f9 sort \u00ab Raw Power \u00bb, l\u2019Iguane tr\u00f4ne en figure centrale de la pochette. Ils y en a qui tachycardent pour \u00ab <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=qAqXDZoa624\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Bette Davis eyes<\/strong><\/a> \u00bb, d\u2019autres pour \u00ab <strong>TV eye<\/strong> \u00bb, juste une question d\u2019approche musicale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour les troglodytes, donc, <strong>The Stooges<\/strong> visitent les hautes sph\u00e8res d\u2019un <strong>heavy rock<\/strong> <strong>psych\u00e9d\u00e9lique<\/strong> et <strong>proto punk<\/strong>. En cela, ils ne diff\u00e9rent pas fonci\u00e8rement d\u2019un groupe comme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=yvJGQ_piwI0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>MC5<\/strong><\/a>, l\u2019engagement politique en moins, les prestations anim\u00e9es d\u2019<strong>Iggy en plus<\/strong>. Ou comment, quel que soit le bout par lequel on saisit la l\u00e9gende, le front man focalise l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat, \u00e9picentre du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne. Les Stooges sans <strong>les fr\u00e8res Asheton<\/strong> ? Il n\u2019est qu\u2019\u00e0 se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer aux derni\u00e8res sorties du groupe. Iggy doit cette r\u00e9surrection \u00e0 <strong>David Bowie<\/strong>, un ami qui l\u2019emporte dans son sid\u00e9ral voyage berlinois, sa propre ligne de vie. Pour savoir les liens qui les unissaient, il faut attendre \u2026 2016 et \u00ab <strong>Post pop depression<\/strong> \u00bb, le dernier album en date de Mr Pop. Pourtant initi\u00e9 par <strong>Josh Homme<\/strong>, le ma\u00eetre \u00e0 penser de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-90obSa1Az4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Queens Of The Stone Age<\/strong><\/a>, les chansons projettent l\u2019image des yeux verrons du <strong>King of Pop<\/strong> (en-existe-t-il un autre ?). Attardons-nous sur les autres membres du quatuor infernal. Pourquoi \u00ab infernal \u00bb ? Zoom sur <strong>Ron Asheton<\/strong>, le six-cordiste. Toutes les photos du d\u00e9but des 70\u2019s le montrent arborant une<strong> Croix de Fer<\/strong>, d\u00e9coration militaire allemande, t\u00e9moin des sinistres ann\u00e9es quarante. Cet ornement associ\u00e9 \u00e0 quelques clich\u00e9s glauques \u00ab brassardis\u00e9s \u00bb r\u00e9v\u00e8lent-ils la face cach\u00e9e d\u2019un esprit sadique ou rel\u00e8vent-ils plus simplement de la <strong>faute de go\u00fbt<\/strong> ? <strong>Lemmy <\/strong>de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ynWy5AAnONo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong> Mot\u00f6rhead<\/strong><\/a> en portait une \u00e9galement. Peut-\u00eatre le groupe en \u00e9ructe-t-ils d\u00e9j\u00e0 quelques passages mais la m\u00e9moire \u00e0 cela de particulier qu\u2019hors hypnose, elle est s\u00e9lective. \u00c9trangement, moins en ad\u00e9quation avec les oreilles qu\u2019avec la vue, elle porte toute son attention sur <strong>le gar\u00e7on de 59 ans qui exhibe publiquement son torse musculeux.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Iggy and the STOOGES &#8211; Real cool time \/ No fun (live)<\/h3>\n<p>https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=n_SX-LcuEYk<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pourtant, ses comparses ne d\u00e9m\u00e9ritent pas, l\u00e2chant les chiens, montrant les dents, lac\u00e9rant les chairs, <strong>\u00e9visc\u00e9rant tripes et boyaux<\/strong>.
