Avec <strong>The Hives<\/strong>, pas d\u2019iceberg, modestement \u2026 <strong>un volcan en \u00e9ruption<\/strong> !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans le microcosme rock, des groupes ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 inject\u00e9 des <strong>potions \u00ab humourisantes \u00bb<\/strong> dans leur tapioca mais <strong>jamais comme celui-l\u00e0<\/strong>. Soient ils ont forc\u00e9 le trait : <strong>Spinal Tap<\/strong>, <strong>Au Bonheur des Dames<\/strong>, soient ils sont rest\u00e9s trop \u00ab s\u00e9rieux \u00bb : <strong>NOFX<\/strong>. <strong>The Hives<\/strong> cumulent <strong>humour et d\u00e9rision<\/strong> avec la pr\u00e9cision de ceux dont c\u2019est<strong> le carburant<\/strong>, sans sc\u00e9nario, ni tambour, ni trompette \u2026 ni garde champ\u00eatre !<\/p>\n<h3>The HIVES &#8211; Main offender<\/h3>\n<div class=\"youtube-embed\" data-video_id=\"6CgC9BaHqXg\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Hives - Main Offender\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6CgC9BaHqXg\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avec la bande d\u2019<strong>Howlin\u2019 Pelle Almqvist<\/strong>, ce chanteur <strong>mi Jagger\/mi Harold Lloyd<\/strong>, la mayonnaise ou les blancs en neige se montent au fouet, \u00e0 la <strong>sueur de coude<\/strong> ! Si leur premier Lp : \u00ab <strong>Barely legal<\/strong> \u00bb (1997), tente d\u2019<strong>affoler les radars<\/strong>, les <strong>4 fantastiques<\/strong> qui suivent sont des <strong>recueils d\u2019originalit\u00e9<\/strong>s jou\u00e9s \u00ab roots \u00bb, sans overdrive, tout \u00e0 l\u2019<strong>ampli \u00e0 lampes satur\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lorsque l\u2019on secoue leurs albums un peu fort, des <strong>m\u00e9lodies se ramassent \u00e0 la pelle<\/strong> telles les feuilles mortes de la chanson, <strong>s\u2019accrochent aux cr\u00e2nes<\/strong>, \u00e9lectrisent l&rsquo;ol\u00e9crane sollicit\u00e9 par la main qui rejoue le vinyle : des \u00e9talons <strong>punky, pop et rock<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les deux guitaristes d\u00e9gueulent les \u00ab power chord \u00bb, leur pr\u00e9f\u00e9rant les <strong>accords barr\u00e9s<\/strong> jou\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9galade, au risque d\u2019int\u00e9grer les cordes \u00e0 la pulpe de leurs doigts. A leur habitude, les musicien <strong>forcent sur le tabasco<\/strong>, n\u2019h\u00e9sitant pas \u00e0 piler un <strong>piment<\/strong> en sus lorsqu\u2019ils voient que le public baisse de r\u00e9gime. De leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, rien \u00e0 craindre ! <strong>Danse de Saint-Guy<\/strong> viss\u00e9e aux corps, ils <strong>donnent tou<\/strong>t, comme \u00e0 chaque fois. Pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, en <strong>2005<\/strong> \u00e0 l\u2019<strong>Elys\u00e9e Montmartre<\/strong>, le plus <strong>fougueux<\/strong> des deux <strong>guitaristes<\/strong>, celui qui refroidit (ou r\u00e9chauffe ?) ses doigts gauches en soufflant dessus entre deux morceaux, se les blesse au milieu du show. G\u00ean\u00e9 ? Certainement mais le spectacle avant tout ! Il multiplie <strong>grands \u00e9carts<\/strong> dans les airs, <strong>sauts de carpe<\/strong>, double<strong> saltos<\/strong> et triple <strong>axels<\/strong>. L\u2019originalit\u00e9 ? Ex\u00e9cuter ces figures sur des planches en lieu et place d\u2019une patinoire. Et puisque le r\u00f4le qu\u2019il s\u2019est attribu\u00e9 flirte avec celui d\u2019un \u00ab Dubosc \u00bb en roue libre, il s\u2019auto congratule, qualifiant son groupe, au passage, de <strong>meilleure formation de rock<\/strong> \u00ab ever \u00bb. Le pire ?
