Le Celtic Social Club<\/strong> pr\u00e9sente son nouvel album<\/strong> ces jours-ci : You Should Know<\/em><\/strong>. Ni Dropkick Murphys, ni The Pogues, encore moins The Corrs, bien plus proche de R.E.M.<\/a><\/strong> que de ces trois-l\u00e0, dans ce Club l\u2019aspect Celtic<\/strong> de l\u2019affaire revient<\/strong> socialement aux<\/strong> partitions et interventions du violon<\/strong>. Tout juste, en fond de mixe, un banjo<\/strong> ou une mandoline<\/strong> \u00ab irlandisant<\/strong> \u00bb enrubannent-ils les notes cristallines d\u2019une guitare dite \u00ab s\u00e8che \u00bb<\/strong>. Lorsque ces instruments identitaires ne jouent pas, le gang sonne acoustico-\u00e9lectrico-rock<\/strong>. L\u2019harmonica<\/strong> omnipr\u00e9sent vote \u00e9galement davantage en faveur du vieil adolescent<\/strong> que d\u2019une musique folklorique.<\/p>\n
